Youthfront Neighborhood & The Hub Argentine offer an after school program for elementary school students called the Argentine Adventure Academy. Each student receives 1 hour of tutoring per week. We offer tutoring, healthy snacks, free play, art activities, leadership development, physical activities, spiritual growth, and field trips each week.

Volunteers help with homework, take field trips, play games and are an encouraging presence for elementary students. Tuesday through Thursday, various afternoon hours available. We ask that you register for a minimum of one semester. 

Tuesday Tutor: 4:00-5:15pm. Come as early as 3:30pm to hang out with the kids at snack and play time. Work with students on their reading and math skills. 

Wednesday Field Trip Chaperone: 1:45-4:10pm. Join us as we explore different places in the city, go for hikes, swimming, etc. Sign up for a minimum of two Wednesdays per month. 

Wednesday Activity Chaperone: 4:00-5:00pm. Join us in encouraging students to participate in Bible study, exercise, games, art projects, etc. 

Thursday Tutor: 4:00-5:15pm. Come as early as 3:30pm to hang out with the kids at snack and play time. Work with students on their reading and math skills. 

Applicants must pass a background check before being approved as a volunteer.
